ALFA Wire Rope Hoists are designed in modular construction which greatly simplifies repairs & cuts down time. The special features are low head – room, spur/ helical gears running on antifriction ball bearing with oil bath lubrication, motors confirming to IS 325, “fall to Safe” brakes which automatically operate in case of any power failure, tested wire rope confirmation to IS 2266. forged hooks confirming to IS 3815 and push button stations operating at step down voltages of 110V: 42V or 24V.
ALFA Hoists are designed to accordance with ID 3938 – 1979 and are compact, rugged & elegant in appearance. To accommodate specific requirements, Hoists can also be built with micro speed arrangements (10% of normal hoists speed.) flexible trolleys to negotiable small radius, high speeds & high lifts, hoists suitable for steel mill duty, foundries & chemical plants.

Base Mounted Hoist generally used in goods lift where load need to move only up & down. This hoist are designed in accordance with I.S. -3938 and other relevant Indian standards & specification for electric wire rope hoist and factory regulation requirements. The rope drum, gearbox, motor, brake and panel can be easily attended to. The frame is of sturdy design fabricated from steel plates and is welded / bolted type. Standard capacity range from 0.5 Ton to 10 Ton
